Universal Remote Control Question?
I have a broken remote control for a Sharper Image SR275 DVD Home Theater System. SI is out of business and I can't find a replacement remote or a code to program a new remote anywhere on the web. I'm considering buying a higher-end universal remote, but only if it can "learn" the codes without the benefit of a working remote. Does anyone know if this is possible and would you recommend a brand/model? Thanks.

I recommend you pick up a copy of Home Theater Magazine May issue, it listed just about every projector in the market. It recommends projectors in the entry level to the high end. Also they have reviews online also on certain projectors. I have been using a Panasonic projector for well over 6 years and never had any problems. Hope this will help you out.
